We have resin plastic patio furniture. It was painted taupe last year. My question is what should I use to wash, and, if possible, to wax or otherwise protect its surface. In the past, I have used cleansers and wax from Patio Clean, made by B.C.G.M. Inc., St-Eustache P.Q., Canada J7R 5B2. It worked well. Unfortunately I cannot seem to find it this year.

Thank you very much

Products like 'URINE OFF' work quite well even on human urine by breaking it down. Worth trying rather than just throwing something out

I use Comet and blue sponge with mild abrasive side. It's a pain to rinse but it cleans it pretty good. :)

For the floor, I find that really hot water and floor cleaner such as Spic N Span works great (wear gloves if your hands can't handle the heat from the water). I think the trick is really hot water, with a good semi-saturated microfiber towel, getting on your hands and knees and start scrubbing away. Getting down to the floor will help you "feel" it and might need to rinse that micro towel several times for just a small area. Also, you'll have to clean your floor on a weekly basis if you use a lot of hairspray. Don't let it build up and it'll make your cleaning a lot more easier :)

Be aware that there's a difference between glass and ceramic cooktops. Glass will scratch more easily then ceramic. Never use the YELLOW sponge with GREEN scouring pad, it will surely scratch your glass!! I absolutely hate those yellow and green sponges, worse things ever! Also, if you have some hard water build up, you might find that using a hard water remover cleaner (such as vinegar, bathroom cleaner, etc) would be a tad helpful to remove the build up. Also, as she suggested, a combination of glass top cleaner, a wet towel, and I use a razor (the type you can buy at Home Depot and replace the razor when it dulls). Just be sure that when using your razor that the surface is wet and using it at an angle where you aren't going to scratch the surface. Also, never use the razor towards you, always away from your body so that your don't accidentally hurt yourself.... a super clean flat stove top is NOT worth hurting yourself for! LOL Seriously though, I love my flat stove top! I always keep a wet hot dish rag close by when cooking (just in case I spill something). I clean my stove after cooking, and no, I don't use the special cleaner each time, it's not necessary each time. Daily cleaning and maintenace is key for a nice looking flat top, don't get lazy with it, you'll regret it.

Very tough to spot clean a urine stain from a matress, try using a IICRC certified carpet cleaner for you best chance to clean, or at the very least rent a carpet cleaner with an upholstery attachment since you have to try and extract or pull out the stain which absorbed below the surface.

My grandson left a crayon in his pocket. I washed the pants with a load of shirts and pants. In the dryer, the crayon got all over everything, How can I get these stains out? Ther are several shirts that are ruined if I can't get these stains out. Your help will be appreciated.
Thanks
